Situation: Sunland’s website didn’t reflect the company’s vibrant growth, personality, and new offerings.
Goal: Redo the website to better convey all Sunland brings to construction projects across Arizona.

Brand strategy: Internal interviews, customer interviews, historical company data review, industry research, capabilities refinement, brand differentiation. Created mission, vision, core values, brand voice, and more. Developed creative brief for external designer who created full visual identity.

Revenue strategy: Offered recommendations on existing CRM and ways to use for future marketing outreach and segmentation.

Content creation: Drafted all content for refreshed website including about us, services, capabilities, FAQs, and 12 case studies. Provided brand documents for internal and future creative project alignment.
