Situation: Awareness of the established manufacturing brand had slipped, impacting sales.
Goal: Revitalize the brand and activate relevant channels to boost sales.

Brand Strategy: Completed industry research, customer interviews, win/loss product analysis. Developed new visual identity, tagline, mission, values, target audience profiles.

Marketing Strategy: Created budget-conscious plan targeting key industry key segments with strong focus on trade show participation and programmatic digital. Plan included general awareness efforts such as a renewed email program, direct mail efforts, organic social, and trusted directories.

Revenue Strategy: Strengthened global distribution lines with vendor outreach program. Implemented CRM and project management board for team cohesion across ordering and outreach processes. Identified high-value products being undermarketed.

Content Creation: Created all copy for OILCO across three year project, including website, brochures, integrated ad campaigns, blogs, direct mail, email, landing pages, and creative briefs for assisting vendors.
