Situation: An in-house brand manager for the School of Business, and an Assistant Director of Faculty Engagement, Tracy worked to improve audience sentiment from students and faculty.
Goal: Continually create campaigns optimized for engagement.
Brand Strategy: Working within an established brand, sought new ways to showcase the value UOPX brought to students. Helped launched a sub-brand for Faculty, the most visible of which was a quarterly magazine named Faculty Matters.
Marketing Strategy: Worked with senior leadership to align around key success metrics related to enrollment, student success, and employment success. For faculty, worked to create user-generated content that highlighted the people behind the teaching positions.
Content Creation: Created integrated campaigns, print and digital magazines, surveys, email copy, ad copy.
