Goal: Implement a chat feature on the website to maximize traffic.

Revenue Strategy: Research, SME interviews, insight generation, content audit. Developed chat sequence strategy powering visitors to top converting website pages with gates to filter out non-buyers and help those with interest reach 1:1 connection faster.

Content Creation: Created hierarchy and chat flow diagram along with proposed language at each stage, and training documentation.
