Brand Strategy: Continually refined the CL brand and provided training and education materials to help new employees and partners embrace our difference. Key player in CL’s shift to a category-creation strategy focused on ‘student financial success.’
Marketing Strategy: Measured and optimized our channel plan to reach key buyer persona and industry segments. Led ABM efforts aligned with gaining interest from University systems. Drafted conference RFPs and resulting presentation decks with collaboration from stakeholders.
Content Creation: Created integrated campaigns, thought leadership papers, social media copy, website language, sales outreach emails, marketing emails, customer success assets, and more.
